Riga Business School (RBS) hosted Latvia’s inaugural AI Day on May 17, 2024, welcoming local high school students to explore the world of artificial intelligence. The event inspired curiosity and encouraged responsible AI use through keynote talks, discussions, and hands-on learning activities. Guest speakers—including Claudio Rivera, Kaspars Mezeriņš, Juris Baums, and Ingmārs Jakovļevs—shared insights on AI’s real-world applications, ethical considerations, and its growing impact across industries. To kick off this vital work, in April 2025, Day of AI and MIT RAISE team members joined educators and business leaders to prepare students for the future of work and education in the age of AI.
